To Make a Reservation

Check our availability page above to see the dates that are available. Note that dates are written as arrival and/or departure dates:  i.e. April 17-27 means arrive April 17 and depart April 27, 10 nights.

Contact us:   Call us Toll Free 866-693-8496 or call 340-693-8495 (long distance rates same as stateside) or email us with your telephone number and tell us the best time to call.  Marcy, Allen, or Linda will be happy to assist you in choosing a house, scheduling, vehicle reservations or answering questions about St. John.  You can email us by clicking on our email address.   Please include your phone number, number in your party and preferred dates when you write. Any event, such as a wedding, reception or party in a Cloud Nine Villa that would include more than the registered number of guests must be discussed with the management at the time of booking.

Make a reservation:    Tell us which villa and dates you want to reserve.

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the rental including 8% hotel tax is required to confirm your reservation. We accept personal checks.  Make the check out to Cloud Nine Villas and mail it to:

If we have not received a deposit check within 7 days your reservation will be cancelled.

Vehicle: Let us know your choice of vehicle from the list below and we will reserve it for you.

Flight Information: Please notify us of your airline, flight number, and arrival time on St. Thomas and your departure time from St. Thomas.

Confirmation: After we receive your deposit we will send you a confirmation, details on how to reach St. John,  and information concerning your trip.

Balance: The balance of the rental amount and tax is due 60 days prior to your arrival.  Please mark that date on your calendar.

Cancellation Policy:  For cancellations for ANY reason more than 60 days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental.  For cancellations 60 days or less prior to arrival, there is a 100% cancellation fee on the total rental.  If we are able to re-rent the villa for the entire rental period, there will be no cancellation fee, but a 10% administration fee will apply on the total rental. No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained.

Jeep Rentals

  We will be happy to reserve a vehicle for you.   Let us know if the driver is under 25 years of age. All vehicles have automatic transmissions with 4WD and A/C.

Should you wait, the availability of vehicles will diminish, you will have less choice and may have to pay a higher price as the vehicles offered at better rates are reserved by other visitors. To Reach St. John

Taxi from St. Thomas Airport to Red Hook Ferry Dock at the eastern end of St. Thomas.  About $15 per person.

Ferry from Red Hook, St. Thomas to Cruz Bay, St. John.  It is a 20 minute trip and leaves at 6:30 and 7:30 AM and then every hour on the hour from 8 AM to 12 PM.   $5.
